Thank you for shopping with Algae Aura Farms. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders, and is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (APO/FPO/DPO addresses accepted where carrier service is available).

We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order, regardless of order size or destination within the United States.
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on qualifying orders. Promotional shipping terms will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email or a notice on our website.

4. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier at our discretion, selected based on package size and destination.
  • Estimated transit time after processing: 3–7 business days for the contiguous U.S.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 7–14 business days.
  • All transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Consistent with Section 5 of our Terms of Service, we are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@algaeaurafarms.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment ($5.00 flat rate). If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping charge.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact support@algaeaurafarms.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Per Section 5 of our Terms of Service, title and risk of loss for all products pass to you once we transfer the products to the carrier.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

For packages that are lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrive damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, which covers:

  • Damaged or defective shipments (free replacement with photo evidence)
  • Lost packages (replacement after carrier investigation)
  • Packages marked delivered but not received (case-by-case)

Damage and loss claims must be submitted within the timeframes specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delivery Refusal & Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery of an order without an approved RMA, or if a package is unclaimed and returned to us by the carrier, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping charge and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

As noted in Section 3 of our Terms of Service, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been accepted and processed. Contact support@algaeaurafarms.com as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

11. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.

12. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, consistent with Section 24 of our Terms of Service. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date of the revised policy.
